The Program

From preparation to a working company milestone.

Every cohort is intentionally small and publishes its exact dates, requirements, travel scope, and costs before applications open.

Four stages

The work changes at every stage.

01

Prepare

Structured Bootcamp

Clarify the company thesis, customer, product wedge, proof plan, and working cadence before the in-person stage.

02

Build

Austin Hacker House

Work in person with selected founders, operators, and technical builders. Build, test, review, and make the next company decision with less noise.

03

Connect

US market access

Meet operators, founders, and experts through a scheduled program. San Francisco is included only when a specific edition announces it.

04

Present

Pitch Day

Present evidence, learning, a working milestone, and the next proof required. Investment is never implied by participation.

Selection

Contribution before attendance.

The program is for people ready to build, test, help, and be accountable for a real milestone. Founder is one path, not the default outcome for everyone.

01

Evidence of initiative or consistent building.

02

A real problem, company, or operating domain to explore.

03

Ability to contribute to other participants.

04

Commitment to the published preparation and attendance requirements.

05

Fit with the focus and capacity of the specific cohort.

Outputs

Proof, not promises.

A participant should leave with a clearer company or opportunity thesis, direct market learning, a working product or operating milestone, and a defined go-to-market and next-proof plan.

Devtx does not guarantee investment, employment, visa approval, travel approval, customer introductions, or admission to every program stage.
